The Office of the Coös County Attorney currently has an opening for a full-time Assistant County Attorney.   The Assistant County Attorney is primarily responsible for representing the State in the prosecution of felony crimes in Coös Superior Court.  The position may also involve administering a federal grant, discussing legal aspects of cases with staff and police, and counseling law enforcement on legal matters.  Trial or jury trial experience is preferred, and experience prosecuting criminal cases and working with victims of crime is a plus.  Other responsibilities may include being available to take calls and to provide advice and guidance to local law enforcement during non-office hours.  Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar Association.  Application Process: Please send a resume and cover letter to: John G.
