University of New Hampshire, Job Title: EEO/ADA Compliance Officer – Reports to the Director of Affirmative Action and Equity. Under general supervision oversees the University’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended 2008, Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Fair Housing Act as well as guidelines and regulations issued by the EEOC, OCR, the Department of Justice, including the 2010 Standards, and pertinent local, state, and federal legislation as they affect UNH employees and all participants (including students and visitors) in University programs, services, and activities. Interacts with all University constituencies and sets disability compliance direction and priorities for the Affirmative Action and Equity Office.
