Draft of NH Rules of Civil Procedure

The following draft was prepared by the NHBA Committee on Cooperation with the Courts at the request of the NH Supreme Court, which asked the Committee to review the existing rules of civil procedure in the superior, district and probate courts and recommend improvements.
