We have been receiving inquiries from many practitioners about how they can meet their MCLE, dues and court fee requirements in light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) shutdowns, and whether or not there will be waivers of those requirements in light of the crisis. Our Court and our Association are sensitive to this issue and the increased pressures on our members, especially small firm and solo practice attorneys, presented in this difficult time. We have always followed a flexible, individualized approach to this situation and will continue to do so. If you are in need of a dues waiver or of CLE credit, our current system remains as an option. We will continue to assess this, and the many other problems facing our members during this difficult time. The Bar, and the Court, are sensitive to this issue, we are hearing your concerns and will continue to look to solutions that will get us all through this difficult time. Thank you for your patience and consideration while we work through this together.
