The State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Commissioner’s Office, has a full-time vacancy for a Paralegal I, located in Epping. This is a grant funded position subject to renewal. The Paralegal I assists with and coordinates prosecution of DWI/OUI alcohol and drug related cases in N.H. Circuit Courts statewide; assists the assist prosecuting attorneys by setting up files, to include requesting necessary documents, preparing and emailing body/cruiser camera footage, preparing subpoenas, requesting booking videos, drafting motions, maintaining a defendant list and the prosecuting attorneys calendar. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and be detail oriented. Associates degree or 2 years college with major study in law or paralegal studies with 2 years’ experience required.
