NH Judicial Branch Family Division and District Courts

In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the District Court and Family Division routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process.  The following Judges are presently being evaluated:

Paul D. Desjardins, Justice                                 Colebrook District Court

John C. Emery, Sp. Justice                                Manchester District Court

Sawako T. Gardner, Justice                                Portsmouth District Court

Susan Carbon, Supervisory Judge                       Grafton County Family Division

Supervisory Judge                      Merrimack County Family Division

                                    Justice                                      Concord District Court

An evaluation questionnaire can be obtained directly from the Office of the Administrative Judge for the District Courts and Family Division, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or by calling 271-6418.  Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed.  While responses will be shared with the judges being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.  In fact, we request that you do not sign the completed evaluation.

All evaluations for Judge Desjardins, Judge Emery, Judge Gardner and Judge Carbon must be submitted to the following address no later than November 20, 2007.
