Supreme Court: Term in Review 2008-2009

The United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, is pleased to present the ninth annual two hour program, Supreme Court: Term in Review 2008-2009. This presentation will feature an analysis of the decisions from the 2008-2009 term by several Supreme Court experts. The topics being discussed will include the Fourth and Sixth Amendments, criminal law and procedure, habeas corpus, due process, free speech, employment law, civil rights and federal jurisdiction and preemption. An application for non-live CLE credits is pending with the New Hampshire Bar. You may register on our website at http://www.nhd.uscourts.gov/ci/event-registration.asp. The program will be shown at the US District Court, 55 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH, 1st Floor Jury Assembly Room on the following dates:

Wednesday, September 16, 2009, 11:30 - 1:30 pm Thursday, September 24, 2009, 12:00 - 2:00 pm Friday, October 2, 2009, 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
