Reporters Educated on Courts, Law

Panel of experienced reporters discuss how to go beyond headlines for a court story. Panel (left to right) Mike Regan, NH-based writer of CT Mirror and former Hartford Courant investigative editor; Lynne Tuohy, of Associated Press; Annmarie Timmins, Concord Monitor; and Clynton Namuo, Union Leader Strafford County correspondent.
The NH Supreme Court Committee on the Judiciary and the Media, in cooperation with the UNH School of Law and the NH Bar Association, conducted its third "Law School for Journalists" program on December 4, 2010. The program, which has been held every other year, included panel discussions with judges, clerks, and attorneys who provide representation on right-to-know and First Amendment law. The program provides information and insight to reporters and editors from throughout the state with the goal of improving coverage of the legal system.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
