In the Matter of Adam Cook, Esq.
The court on November 15, 2011, issued the following order:
On June 23, 2011, Adam Cook filed a motion for readmission pursuant to Rule 37(15). In accordance with this rule, the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness for investigation and review of Mr. Cook’s present character and fitness. The committee submitted a positive recommendation to the court on Mr. Cook’s character and fitness to practice law.
The court accepts the recommendation of the Committee on Character and Fitness. Adam Cook’s motion for readmission is granted on the condition that he pay all bar dues and fees for which he would have been responsible had he remained an active member of the bar.
Dalianis, C.J., and Duggan, Hicks, Conboy and Lynn, JJ., concurred.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 37(5), the Supreme Court appoints Attorney Eric D. Cook, of Portsmouth, Attorney Richard E. Fradette, of Manchester, and Attorney George H. Thompson, of Nashua, to serve as temporary members of the Complaint Screening Committee, for the purpose of ruling upon a request to reconsider the decision of acting general counsel not to docket a grievance in a matter from which Attorney Martha Van Oot, Attorney Ronna F. Wise, and Attorney Joseph M. McDonough have recused themselves.
