Tracy A. Bernson of Bernson Legal in Dover has been appointed to the American Inns of Court Program Awards Committee for a two-year term. The exchange of program ideas directly supports the American Inns of Court mission: "To foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills."

Pro Bono Legal Services Award
John Weaver of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton was presented with the eighth annual Jack B Middleton Pro Bono Legal Services Award. This award is given to McLane associates who exhibit consistent dedication to providing quality legal services to the poor in the communities in which McLane has offices.
 
L. Jon Ross appointed
to the ABA IOLTA Commission
L. Jon Ross of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer in Manchester has been appointed to a one-year term as a member of the ABA IOLTA Commission. The commission was established in 1986 to coordinate national activities regarding the creation, operation and conversion of state-level IOLTA programs.

Lisa Snow Wade of Orr & Reno was recently appointed to the Capital Center for the Arts Board of Trustees.

The CCA inspires, educates and entertains audiences by providing both the finest venue for the performing arts and a wide range of professionally excellent and artistically significant presentations.

Pastoral Counseling Services
& National Football Foundation
Dave Nixon of Nixon, Vogelman, Barry, Slawsky & Simoneau in Manchester was honored as one of the Pastoral Counseling Services 2012 Good Samaritans as the recipient for the business and industry category.

Pastoral Counseling Services is a nonprofit that offers family, individual and group psychotherapy, community services and assistance in the areas of mediation, spiritual direction, vocational and career advice.

Nixon also was one of five who received the 2012 Chapter Leadership Award from the National Football Foundation for his commitment, generosity and leadership at the local level in fulfilling the NFF’s mission of developing leaders through football.
