Ned Sackman of Bernstein Shur has been appointed to the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

International Space Safety Foundation
Michael Listner has assumed the role of ad interim president and chief executive officer of the International Space Safety Foundation. He will hold the office for the duration of 2013 or until a permanent president is identified.

Public Protection Fund Committee
Charles Grau of Upton & Hatfield in Concord has been named vice chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Public Protection Fund Committee.
Quinn E. Kelley
American Bar Association
Quinn E. Kelley of Bradley & Faulkner in Keene has been appointed as the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division District 3 representative for New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He will be assisting young lawyer organizations in implementing projects and coordinating disaster legal services for FEMA.
Edward W. Stewart Jr.
YMCA of Greater Manchester
Edward W. Stewart Jr. of Shaheen & Gordon was presented with the Chairmanís Award at the YMCA of Greater Manchester for his volunteer work as co-chairman of the Yís annual wine-tasting benefit. Stewart has served as co-chairman of the fundraising event since its inception in 2007.
Joni Esperian
Joni Esperian of the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights in Concord was awarded the Excellence in Service Award by the Manchester NAACP Chapter.
David P. Eby
David P. Eby of Devine Millimet has been named to the CASA of New Hampshire Board of Directors. CASA recruits, trains and supervises volunteers to serve as advocates for abused and neglected children in the New Hampshire court system.
