NH Bar Thanks Lawline Volunteers
For the past two months, four attorneys in four different locations have hosted Lawline, answering legal questions from the public in a way that fits into their busy schedules.
Many thanks to Bob Wunder of Dover, Steve Hermans of Manchester, Julia Eastman of Gilford and Dan Coolidge of Andover, who all hosted Lawline on Wednesday, Jan. 9, fielding a total of 48 calls.
For the Feb. 13 Lawline event, although they were all from the same firm, scheduling conflicts didnít allow four attorneys from J. Miller and Associates to host Lawline from the same office, so they took a total of 31 calls from four different locations. We appreciate the contribution and success of Corry Mattocks, Sam Donlon, Kevin Chisholm and Jeremey Miller.
The NH Bar Association offers Lawline as a free public service on the second Wednesday of every month from 6-8 p.m.
Volunteer attorneys from one main location or several locations (home or office) can share a two-hour evening answering calls and offering free legal advice to the public. Jan. 9 marked the first time four attorneys from different locations answered Lawline on the same evening.
