Two Seats Contested in Board Election
The following are the candidates for new terms in the 2013-2014 NHBA Board of Governors. The election takes place with emailed ballots starting April 1, with voting taking place until April 15.
Mary Tenn, of Tenn & Tenn in Manchester, is seeking nomination as Vice President; there are two contested races – for a single governor-at-large seat, and for the Merrimack County governor seat.
Messages will be sent soon encouraging members to "white-list" the email address for the ballots to ensure the ballots are not filtered as "spam." The Bar’s website will feature biographies and statements from the candidates to be posted before the end of March. The two contested races are indicated by an asterisk (*).
The President-elect is nominated by the NHBA Board of Governors; all other candidates are nominated by petition. Jaye L. Rancourt, of Manchester, automatically succeeds Larry Vogelman as president at the conclusion of the 2013 Annual Meeting in Portsmouth on June 21.
