Supreme Court Orders

In the Matter of Maureen K. Bogue, Esquire

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of her 2012/2013 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of her suspension, Maureen K. Bogue, Esquire, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

The court hereby requires that Attorney Bogue’s trust accounts and other financial records be audited at her expense.

Attorney Bogue is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, September 23, 2013, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday, October 3, 2013, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Bogue’s files and to take action to protect the interests of Attorney Bogue’s clients.

Dalianis, C.J., and Hicks, Conboy, Lynn and Bassett, JJ., concurred.

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of her 2012/2013 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of her suspension, Leila Connor, Esquire, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

The court hereby requires that Attorney Connor’s trust accounts and other financial records be audited at her expense.

Attorney Connor is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, September 23, 2013, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday, October 3, 2013, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Connor’s files and to take action to protect the interests of Attorney Connor’s clients.

Attorney McEnaney is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, September 23, 2013, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday October 3, 2013, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney McEnaney’s files and to take action to protect the interests of Attorney McEnaney’s clients.

Attorney Nelson is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, September 23, 2013, that he has completed this task. On or before Thursday, October 3, 2013, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Nelson’s files and to take action to protect the interests of Attorney Nelson’s clients.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 38-A, the Supreme Court reappoints Circuit Court Judge David D. King to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, to serve a term expiring on September 1, 2015. The Supreme Court also reappoints Professor Mitchell Simon to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, to serve a term expiring on September 1, 2014.
