National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) - NH
Warren Lake was recently elected president of the New Hampshire chapter of NAELA for the 2013-2014 year. Other officers elected were Scott McGuffin, vice president; Marla Matthews, secretary; and Beth Lorsbach, treasurer.

George Bruno
Young Rescuers USA
George Bruno, principal attorney at LawServe, has been elected treasurer of Young Rescuers USA. Each year, Young Rescuers USA sends a delegation of New Hampshire youths to participate in an international competition in Belarus testing their emergency preparedness skills. Bruno is a founder of Young Rescuers and practices immigration law in Manchester.

Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC)
Karen S. McGinley of Devine Millimet in Manchester has been appointed the vice chair of the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC). The commission was formed under New Hampshire law in 1966 and coordinates planning initiatives of 14 communities in the region.



Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
