NH Bar Foundation: Foundation, Campaign Make Joint Appeal
For the second year, the NH Bar Foundation and the Campaign for Legal Services are coordinating their end-of-year fundraising efforts.
Jon Ross, a partner at the Primmer, Piper, Eggleston & Cramer firm, illustrates the spirit of the joint fundraising effort. The Primmer firm made contributions to both the NH Bar Foundation (represented by Foundation Chair Jack Middleton, left), and to the Campaign for Legal Services, represented by Gordon MacDonald, chair of the Campaign for Legal Services Leadership Council.
The Bar Foundation and the Campaign for Legal Services are collaborating to solicit members of the legal community, as well as other donors, to support their differing but complementary missions with annual appeal letters and follow-up phone calls by members of their respective governing boards and other friends and supporters.
The NH Bar Foundation’s annual fundraising appeal supports the Bar Foundation’s operations and philanthropy. The Campaign for Legal Services provides coordinated fundraising for NH Legal Assistance, Legal Advice & Referral Center and the NH Pro Bono Referral Program. Information about the Foundation and the Campaign will be included in mailings to Bar members, past and potential donors, and other supporters of legal services outside the legal community.
But, you don’t have to wait for the mailing to contribute.
