Richard de Seve (left) and Carolyn Baldwin, co-founders of the NHBA Environmental Law Section, were honored at a 25th anniversary celebration Nov. 20. At right is Kevin Baum, current Environmental Law Section chair. Special thanks to the Bernstein Shur and Devine Millimet law firms for their sponsorship of the Environmental Law Section 25th Anniversary Reception, held at the Centennial Inn in Concord.
