Leigh S. Willey of Devine Millimet in Manchester was elected to the board of directors of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute in Massachusetts.

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has appointed new members to its regional advisory boards, including a number of NH Bar Association members: Peter Burger of Concord, president of the law firm Orr & Reno (capital region); Martha O’Neill of Nashua, president of law firm Clancy & O’Neill (Nashua region); Paul Chant of Chocorua, a civil trial lawyer and partner in the firm Cooper Cargill Chant (North Country); and Catherine Richmond of Hanover, an estate planning attorney with the firm Stebbins Bradley (Upper Valley).

UNH Law Professor Margaret McCabe was recently appointed by NH Governor Maggie Hassan to the Motor Vehicle Industry Board. Managed within the NH Department of Safety, the board serves as the initial forum in which motor vehicle distributors, dealers and manufacturers arbitrate disputes.
