Section Connection
Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Section
Tina Annis and Jeffrey Zellers, both of Annis & Zellers in Concord were recently elected co-chairs of the New Hampshire Bar Associationís Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Section. Mark Bartram of Charter Trust Company in Bedford and Laura Hermann of Hermann Law in Manchester were elected co-clerks.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Section
Steven Slovenski of Mesmer & Deleault in Manchester was recently elected as chair of the New Hampshire Bar Associationís Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Roger Phillips of Phillips Law in Concord was elected vice chair, and Diane Gasper of Howie Law in Salem was elected clerk.
Health Law Section
Kenneth Bartholomew of Rath, Young & Pignatelli in Concord, and Patrick Closson of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton in Manchester were recently elected co-chairs of the New Hampshire Bar Associationís Health Law Section. Jason Gregoire of Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green in Manchester was elected vice chair. Andrew Eills of Concord was elected clerk.
Corporation, Banking & Business Law Section
Dennis Haley Jr. of the McLane firm was elected chair of the section for a fifth term. Jason Tanguay of Rath Young & Pignatelli was elected vice chair. The clerk position is currently vacant.
Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities Law Section
Carol Holahan of the McLane firm was elected chair for a second term. Patrick Taylor of the McLane firm was elected vice chair. David Shulock of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission was elected clerk.
