The NH Association for Justice honored several award recipients at an event held June 30 in Manchester.

NHAJ Lifetime Achievement Awards were given to Charles Douglas, of Douglas, Leonard and Garvey, and Rockingham Superior Court Judge Kenneth McHugh. The NHAJ Board of Governor Award was presented to William Woodbury, of Normandin, Cheney & OíNeil. The Presidentís Award was given to Anna Zimmerman, of the Law Office of Manning & Zimmerman. To cap off the evening, 2013-2014 NHAJ President Barney Brannen of Vitt Brannen Loftus, passed the gavel to incoming President Michael McGrath of Upton & Hatfield.

Polly Hall, of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer in Portsmouth, was appointed this past spring to the New Hampshire Board of Psychologists by Gov. Maggie Hasson.


Paul Phillips, of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer in Manchester, was nominated by Gov. Maggie Hassan to a vacancy on the New Hampshire Commission on Human Rights. His nomination was confirmed by the New Hampshire Executive Council on April 9.

The League of NH Craftsmen recently elected Charles Bauer of Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell, as vice president.
