Supreme Court Orders
ADM-2014-0023
In the Matter of Samantha L. Lincoln, Esquire
On May 15, 2014, Attorney Samantha L. Lincoln was suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire bar for failing to complete the Practical Skills course within two years of admission as required by Supreme Court Rule 42 (XIII). After the order was issued, Attorney Lincoln filed a request for reconsideration, and she requested an extension of time to complete the course.

Attorney Lincolnís request for reconsideration of the courtís suspension order and for an extension of time to complete the Practical Skills course is granted. Attorney Lincoln is reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Lincoln is required to complete the Practical Skills court by June 30, 2015. If she fails to do so, she may be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.

ADM-2014-0042
In the Matter of Timothy F. Anderson, Esquire
On April 30, 2014, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Timothy F. Anderson to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2013, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Anderson has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.

Attorney Timothy F. Anderson is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Attorney Andersonís trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.

Attorney Anderson is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, August 4, 2014, that he has completed this task. On or before Thursday, August 14, 2014, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Andersonís files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

On May 1, 2014, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Jean E. Corcoran to file her certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2013, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Corcoran has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought herself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.

Attorney Jean E. Corcoran is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.

This suspension is in addition to the suspension imposed on February 25, 2014, in ADM-2013-0058, In the Matter of Jean E. Corcoran, Esquire, for failure to file her 2013 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance and pay the fees assessed for late filing.

On April 30, 2014, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Christopher M. Gosselin to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2013, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Gosselin has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.

This suspension is in addition to the suspension imposed on February 25, 2014, in ADM-2014-0001, In the Matter of Christopher M. Gosselin, Esquire, for failure to file his 2013 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance and pay the fees assessed for late filing.

Attorney Norton is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, August 4, 2014, that he has completed this task. ADM-2014-0038
In the Matter of Irina Rubinshtein, Esquire
On April 24, 2014, the court issued an order requiring Attorney Irina Rubinshtein, Esquire to pay the late fee assessed for late filing of her 2013 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance or be suspended from the practice of law. In response to this order, Attorney Rubinshtein filed a motion to remove the fine. This motion was denied on May 14, 2014, and Attorney Rubinshtein was ordered to pay the late fee by May 21, 2014, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Rubinshtein did not pay the late fee as ordered. Accordingly, Attorney Irina Rubinshtein is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.

The court hereby requires that Attorney Rubinshteinís trust accounts and other financial records be audited at her expense. She is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, August 4, 2014, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday, August 14, 2014, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Rubinshteinís files related to New Hampshire court matters or New Hampshire clients, and to take action to protect the interests of her clients.

Attorney Vesely is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, August 4, 2014, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday, August 14, 2014, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Veselyís files and to take action to protect the interests of her clients.

In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 37(4)(a), the court appoints Mr. Robert Dabrowski to the Hearings Committee of the Attorney Discipline System, replacing Mr. Michael Hodder, who has resigned due to other commitments. Mr. Dabrowski is appointed to serve the remainder of a three-year term expiring December 31, 2016.
