The temporary rules and amendments shall govern the electronic filing of all documents in newly filed small claims cases commencing on or after July 30, 2014 in the Concord District Division and Plymouth District Division only and thereafter shall apply to other circuit court locations as ordered by the Administrative Judge. The temporary rules and amendments pertaining to electronic filing of small claims actions shall apply on a pilot basis only.
