Laurel Ann O’Connor of Derry was honored with the St. Thomas More Award by the Catholic Lawyers Guild at their annual dinner. This award is presented to a lawyer or judge who embodies the spirit of St. Thomas More in his or her courage, dedication, integrity, civility and compassion toward others.

Gary Karnedy of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer has been named chairman of the Vermont Labor Relations Board.

L. Jonathan Ross of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer has been nominated to the ABA Day 2015 Planning Committee. Ross’ service will help ensure that the voice of the legal profession is heard on the annual “lobby” day in Washington, DC.

Russell Hilliard recently spent a month in Tanzania, which he has done for several years in a row, providing on-site coordination for church groups in the US and Tanzania that support building projects and secondary school scholarships. He and his wife Joanne Whiting stopped for a photo (right) with students at the school, which the churches helped build and operate.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
