Admin Law Decisions Coming to Casemaker

During its contract renewal process last year, the NH Bar Association began discussing adding administrative law decisions to Casemaker, the Barís provider of online legal research.

Soon to be added to the Casemaker database and search engine will be the NH DOL whistleblower and wage & hour decisions.

Also slated for inclusion are decisions from the NH Public Utilities Commission, thanks to the suggestion of staff attorney Marcia Brown; and the NH Human Rights Commission (to be posted in browsable lists, by year, by type of discrimination alleged or basis of discrimination).

Please contact Dan Wise, NHBA communications director, with suggestions for other administrative law databases that could be added to Casemaker.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
