Martin Honigberg has been appointed to serve as chair of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission and Patricia Weathersby of Rye has been appointed to the PUCís Site Evaluation Committee that is responsible for issuing certificates to energy facilities.

Wilbur Glahn of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton has been appointed the New Hampshire state chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Charles G. Douglas of Concord has completed the fourth edition of his treatise on New Hampshire family law, which has been published by LexisNexis Publishing. The new edition is divided into 25 chapters and in two volumes. It adds new discussion of cases, statutes and changes in procedure since the prior edition published in 2004.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
