In the Matter of Peter J. Mancuso, Esquire

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of his 2013/2014 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of his suspension, Attorney Peter J. Mancuso is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A(I)(A).

Attorney Peter J. Mancuso is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, February 23, 2015, that he has completed this task. On or before Thursday, March 5, 2015, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Peter J. Mancuso’s files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

On November 20, 2014, this court issued an order, in accordance with Rule 50-A(2), for Attorney Erin M. Anderson to file her 2014 annual trust accounting certificate and to pay the remaining $100 fine assessed for late filing of the certificate by December 10, 2014, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.

Attorney Anderson has neither responded to the order, nor brought herself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 50-A. Attorney Anderson is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Attorney Anderson’s trust accounts and other financial records be audited at her expense.

Attorney Anderson is ordered to notify her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Monday, February 23, 2015, that she has completed this task. On or before Thursday, March 5, 2015, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Anderson’s files and to take action to protect the interests of her clients.
