Court News: Uhrin Named Clerk in Concord

Tracy Uhrin
Tracy Uhrin of Henniker has been named clerk of Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord, replacing longtime Clerk William McGraw who is retiring in April.

Uhrin served as administrative attorney for the past four years at the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire in Concord. Her responsibilities included jury management, case management, jury selection, financial administration, legal research and policy development. She also has five years of experience in private practice in New Hampshire. Uhrin is a graduate of UNH Law School and is expected to earn a master’s degree in Judicial Administration from Michigan State University in 2016.

NH Superior Court Chief Justice Tina Nadeau said Uhrin “is part of the next generation of administrators who I am counting on to bring new ideas, embrace change and contribute strong leadership to our court system.”

Commenting on her new position, Uhrin said, “I truly enjoy the creativity and problem-solving inherent in court administration.”

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
