NH Bar Thanks Lawline Hosts
“Lawline is such a worthwhile cause... What is really telling is that many of the callers have legal questions that can be easily answered, but the law and the legal process is so foreign to them, they don’t know where to begin. A brief conversation can go a long way towards helping them and getting them pointed in the right direction. Participating in Lawline is always rewarding. I look forward to the next one.” Timothy M. Harrington
The NH Bar Association thanks Shaheen & Gordon for hosting Lawline on Wednesday, April 8, at their offices in Manchester, Concord and Dover.
Attorneys Heidi Barrett-Kitchen, Eric Kilchenstein, Benjamin Siracusa-Hillman, Andrea LaBonte and Tim Harrington, along with staff members Beth Mahoney, Colleen Pace and Patti Kretschmar answered nearly 80 calls from the public. The legal questions asked ranged from guardianship, orders of protection and small claims issues to estate administration, elder law and landlord/tenant laws.
Thanks to the many dedicated and supportive law firms in New Hampshire, Lawline is booked for the remainder of 2015.
The July 8 Lawline will be held at the Bar Center. Individual attorneys, new attorneys and all others are welcome to help out. Please contact Lisha Brosseau at (603) 715-3229 for more information or to sign up.
