Section Connection: NH Bar Association Sections Elect New Officers
Itís election season for New Hampshire Bar Association section officers. About half of the bar associationís 22 sections have recently elected new or returning leadership.
The rest of the sections have elections scheduled in June. Bar News wishes to congratulate the section officers listed here and will publish the remainder of the section election results in July.
The purpose of bar sections is to facilitate professional exchange and professional development in specific practice areas through email list serve discussions, education seminars and informal social gatherings.
Joining a section is easy. Simply check off the appropriate box and include the membership payment with your annual association dues.
Environmental & Natural
Resources Law Section
Jason Reimers of BCM Environmental & Land Law in Concord was elected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section. Adam Dumville of the McLane firm in Manchester was elected vice chair, and Rebecca Schlenker of the McLane firm was elected clerk.
Family Law Section
Kysa Crusco of Crusco Law Office in Bedford was reelected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Family Law Section. Lissa Mascio of Martin Lord & Osman in Laconia was reelected vice chair, and Heidi Ames of Moore, Devlin & Ames in Manchester was reelected clerk.
Federal Practice Section
Ned Sackman of Bernstein Shur Sawyer & Nelson in Manchester was elected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Federal Practice Section. W. Daniel Deane of Nixon Peabody in Manchester was elected vice chair, and Joshua Wyatt of Devine Millimet was reelected clerk.
Health Law Section
Jason Gregoire of Sheehan Phinney in Manchester was elected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Health Law Section. Brendan Mitchell of Devine Millimet was elected vice chair, and Kristine Stoddard of Bi-State Primary Care Association in Concord was elected clerk.
Mental & Physical Disabilities
Aaron Ginsberg of the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord was elected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Mental & Physical Disabilities Law Section. Cindy Robertson of the Disabilities Rights Center was elected vice chair, and Lucinda Hopkins of Manchester was reelected clerk.
Real Property Law Section
Timothy Boucher of Chicago Title Insurance Co. in Londonderry was reelected chair of the NH Bar Associationís Real Property Law Section. George Thompson Jr. of Welts, White & Fontaine in Nashua was reelected vice chair, and Lisa Mindlin of Paramount Settlement Services in Concord was reelected clerk.
