Court News: Guardianships e-Filing Pilot Project Lauches June 19

All guardianship cases in Brentwood and Laconia Circuit Courts will be filed online as of Friday, June 19, according to Senior Circuit Court Senior Circuit Court Administrator Gina Belmont.

Lawyers who work on guardianship cases were invited to the administrative offices of the courts Thursday, June 11, to test drive the new system.

Guardianship cases can involve juveniles or incapacitated people and require lengthy financial reports to be filed annually. Belmont and other court officials say the online filing system will streamline the ongoing paperwork associated with these cases.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
