NHMCLE Reporting: Are You Done?
NH Bar members who have met reporting requirements for the July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 reporting period have:
- completed ART entries of all 2015 reporting year CLE credit requirements;
- filed the online Affidavit of Compliance; and
- paid the online NHMCLE annual fee.
More than 3,000 members have completed this process.
Members who have not completed all these steps are not considered in compliance for the reporting year that ended June 30, 2015. Continued noncompliance after midnight, Oct. 1, will result in assessment of delinquency fees on the following dates:
- Oct. 2, $100 late fee;
- Nov. 2, an additional $200 late fee
- Dec. 2, an additional $200 late fee
After Dec. 2, NH Supreme Court Rule 53 calls for the NH Minimum Continuing Legal Education Board to notify the Supreme Court with the list of noncompliant members and to seek an order for Court suspension of their licenses to practice law.
Visit the NHMCLE webpage, www.nhbar.org/nhmcle, to learn how to complete Rule 53 requirements in the new online Attorney Reporting Tool (ART).
