Christopher Keating, executive director of the NH Judicial Council, will receive the Lester B. Granger ’18 Award, from Dartmouth College on Thurs., Jan. 28. The Granger Award is presented annually to a Dartmouth College graduate whose lifelong commitment to public service has been exemplary. Dartmouth officials said Keating has dedicated his working life to bettering the criminal justice system and leveling the playing fields for the poor people of New Hampshire.

Sean O’Connell of Shaheen & Gordon was recently elected chair of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Patrick Arnold, of the Law Office of Patrick J. Arnold in Manchester, has been appointed to the Manchester Conduct Board by the city’s Board of Mayor & Aldermen. The Conduct Board is responsible for interpreting provisions of the city’s code of ethics and investigating allegations of misconduct by public officials.

Wilfred “Jack” Sanders Jr., of counsel in the Portsmouth office of Pierce Atwood, will chair the NH Campaign for Legal Services 2016 Campaign Leadership Council. The Campaign is a joint fundraising initiative for NH Legal Assistance (NHLA) and the Legal Advice and Referral Center (LARC).
