US Bankruptcy Court Opinion Summaries

Smith v. Pollack (In re Pollack), 2016 BNH 002, issued Jan. 20, 2016 (Harwood, C.J.) (unpublished) (denying the chapter 7 trustee’s claims that the debtor’s transfer of sale proceeds was fraudulent under 11 U.S.C. §§ 544(b)(1), 548(a)(1)(B) and (e)(1), or RSA 545-A:4(I)(b) as the trustee failed to meet his burden of proof).

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
