ADM-2015-0093
In the Matter of Patricia L. Turner, Esquire

On January 14, 2016, Attorney Patricia L. Turner was suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire for failing to file her 2015 annual trust accounting certificate and failing to pay late fees assessed for late filing of her certificate. Attorney Turner has now filed her 2015 annual trust accounting certificate and paid the late fees assessed. She has requested that she be reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire.

Attorney Turnerís request for reinstatement is granted. Attorney Patricia L. Turner is reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire effective immediately.

Dalianis, C. J., Hicks, Conboy, Lynn, and Bassett, JJ., concurred.

ADM-2016-0003
In the Matter of Edward M. Van Dorn, Jr., Esquire

On January 20, 2016, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Edward M. Van Dorn to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2015, and to pay the late fees assessed, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Van Dorn has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.7(A)(2).

Attorney Edward M. Van Dorn is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Attorney Van Dornís trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.

Attorney Van Dorn is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Friday, April 1, 2016, that he has completed this task. On or before Monday, April 11, 2016, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Van Dornís files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

Dalianis, C.J., and Hicks, Conboy, Lynn and Bassett, JJ., concurred.

In the Matter of Gary J. Wood, Esquire

On January 20, 2016, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Gary J. Wood to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2015, and to pay the late fees assessed, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Gary J. Wood has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.7(A)(2).

Attorney Gary J. Wood is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. This suspension is in addition to the suspension imposed on December 22, 2015, in ADM-2015-0101, In the Matter of Gary J. Wood, for failure to file his 2015 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance.

Dalianis, C.J., and Hicks, Conboy, Lynn and Bassett, JJ., concurred.

In the Matter of Arthur P. Skarmeas, Esquire

On January 20, 2016, this court issued an order requiring Attorney Arthur P. Skarmeas to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2015, and to pay the late fees assessed, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. Attorney Skarmeas has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.7(A)(2).

Attorney Arthur P. Skarmeas is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Attorney Skarmeasí trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.

Attorney Skarmeas is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Friday, April 1, 2016, that he has completed this task. On or before Monday, April 11, 2016, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Skarmeasí files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

Attorney Graham has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 53.7(A)(2).

Attorney Ward P. Graham is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Attorney Grahamís trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.

Attorney Graham is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the Attorney Discipline Office by Friday, April 1, 2016, that he has completed this task. On or before Monday, April 11, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Attorney Grahamís files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 37(4), the Supreme Court of New Hampshire appoints Attorney Dorothy E. Graham to the Hearings Committee of the Attorney Discipline System, to serve the remainder of a three-year term expiring on December 31, 2018.
