Bankruptcy Court Opinion Summary

Browne v. Lombard (In re Lombard), 2016 BNH 005, issued March 30, 2016 (Harwood, J.) (unpublished) Declining to deny the debtor’s discharge because the plaintiff creditor did not present sufficient evidence that the debtor had failed to maintain adequate records pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3), did not demonstrate that the debtor experienced any unexplained loss of assets pursuant to § 727(a)(5), and failed to establish that the debtor made any materially false statements pursuant to § 727(a)(4)(A).
