Morning Mail: Offer: Free Nashua Office Space for New Lawyers
I have a vacant office space in Nashua that I would like to make available at no cost for two or three new lawyers that are establishing their practices and need a space from which to work. It is an office that I set up for my own use, but I am so busy with overseas work that it is sitting empty. I could have really used something like this 20 years ago when I was just starting out, and I would like to pass along the opportunity to the next generation.
The space is at 107 West Pearl Street in Nashua. It is a storefront in one of the best locations in downtown Nashua, a short walk to the courthouse. It is basically three rooms – a front reception area, a shared work room that could fit two or three desks, and a conference room. It’s recently renovated, high ceilings with ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. There is a very handsome reception desk in place, and a conference table.
I am not primarily looking to profit from this. I would offer the space for free for six months, including heat, water and electric, but not phone or internet. After that, whether I charged rent or not would depend on the individual circumstances.
Anyone who is interested should please email me, and we can work out the details directly.
