NHMCLE Supreme Court Rule 53 $50 $250
Trust Account Compliance Supreme Court Rule 50-A $50 $250
Unpaid NH Supreme Court Fees & NHBA Dues $50 $50

Late fees increase sharply after Sept. 1, and the names of attorneys who have not completed all of the steps of annual licensure will be sent to the Court for possible action at that time. By Court rule, late fees of $250 each will be levied for failure to complete the NHMCLE affidavit and the trust account compliance form after Sept. 1. Late fees of $50 per month will be levied for unpaid NHBA dues and Supreme Court fees.

As of Bar News deadline, more than 92 percent of NH Bar Association members had completed all of their annual licensure obligations. Members who have steps remaining are urged to take action. Attorneys can verify their licensure status by logging in to the MyNHBAR dashboard to check whether any of the status bars are red and indicate noncompliance.
