Put ListServe Messages on Hold

Planning a summer vacation? While you are enjoying your time off, don’t let the listserve messages pile up in your Inbox. Take a moment to change your listserve setting to ‘no mail’ before you go. You will be doing yourself and your listserve colleagues (who receive all those “Away” messages) a great service. Here’s how:

Go to www.intustalk.com/read/login and log in using your list email address. Under the My Account tab, click on Membership Type and change your mail delivery setting to “no mail.” When you return from vacation, simply reset your mail delivery setting to “Normal: receive messages as they are contributed.” You can always catch up with the emails when you return from vacation by clicking on the “Messages” tab.

At right: On Thursday, July 21, several members of the NH Bar Association Health Law Section attended a NH Fisher Cats game in the Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green suite. Attendees included Bob Best, Kierstan Schultz, Brendan Mitchell, Donald Whitmore, Jason Gregoire, and Scott Griggs. Members of the section talked shop and enjoyed good food and company. Topics of discussion included recent litigation wins, the migration of counsel in-house, and the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Supreme Court Rule 42(9) requires all NH admitted attorneys to notify the Bar Association of any address change, home or office.
