Member Service Spotlight: In the Know on What’s New?

Nearly 8,000 subscribers – Bar members, law office staff, some court staff, others in related fields or organizations – receive the NHBA e-Bulletin sent every Wednesday at 3 p.m., with occasional extras.

Not receiving it? You are missing OUT.

Each NHBA e-Bulletin alerts readers to upcoming happenings, including NH Bar Association events and news, selected external law-related events, and NH Judicial Branch notices, such as bench-bar meetings, networking events and rules changes. NHBA e-Bulletin also features writing and volunteer opportunities. And the unpredictable “Suggested Reading” feature, curated by the NHBA communications staff, links to interesting articles from a wide range of websites.

A recent addition is the “Question of the Week,” a weekly poll question and graphic results from the previous week’s poll.

Two other features are worth noting. The Bar Association earns non-dues revenue through advertising and sponsorship packages offered to legal community vendors. Sponsor packages include e-Bulletin mentions. Member benefits partners receive paid promotional spots in the e-Bulletin to highlight content and services.

The Bar Association welcomes members’ feedback on the weekly e-Bulletin newsletter. Is it long enough? Too long? What do members look for, what would members like to see included? What should we cut out? Send feedback to news@nhbar.org.

Subscribing to the e-Bulletin is free and easy. We encourage NH Bar members to suggest to paralegals or other support staff that they subscribe, too. Contact nhbainfo@nhbar.org to make sure you are on the list.

Your New Hampshire resource for professional investigative services since 2005.
