Former US Senator Kelly Ayotte has been elected to serve as a member-at-large of the Executive Committee for Veterans Count, a program of Easterseals. Ayotte will join a team of statewide volunteers to help oversee Veterans Count chapters throughout the Northeast including New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

Catherine Richmond, a managing partner at Stebbins Bradley, in Hanover, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Five New Hampshire attorneys were among the NH Union Leader’s “40 under 40,” an annual list that recognizes people younger than 40 who are making a difference in the state:

Rebecca Perkins, 34, of Portsmouth is associate general counsel at Enel Green Power North America.

Lyndsee D. Paskalis, 34, of Bedford is an attorney (partner) with Stebbins, Lazos & Van Der Beken.

Kathleen A. Davidson, 35, of Pembroke is an attorney at Hage Hodes.

Paul J. Bauer, 37, of Newfields is an attorney with Devine Millimet & Branch.

Ned Sackman, 38, of Concord is a commercial litigation attorney and shareholder at Bernstein Shur.
