Leadership Academy to Host Access to Justice Symposium
As part of this year’s NH Bar Association Leadership Academy program, the 2016-2017 academy participants will host a symposium addressing issues related to access to justice, on Thursday, May 4, at the NH Bar Center in Concord.
Academy participants have been divided into three groups. Each group is addressing the issue of access to justice issues from a different perspective. The working titles for the three group projects are as follows: law firm incubators, language barriers and student loan debt and how it relates to access to justice. The three groups are developing presentations and working together in producing the symposium.
The event ends with a reception for attendees, which will include the NHBA Board of Governors, Leadership Academy alumni, colleagues and families of the participants, and other groups within the New Hampshire legal community. Due to space limitations, attendance is by invitation or reservation only. Those wishing to attend must contact Lisa Boisvert, (603) 715-3213, to request a reservation.
