Hinckley Allen will relocate its Concord, New Hampshire, office and 25 New Hampshire-based employees to new office space in Manchester, New Hampshire, by Sept. 1, as part of a continued effort to align the firm’s location with its strengths and growth opportunities in New Hampshire and across the Northeast, the firm recently announced.
Christopher Baxter and Cyrus Miller, have joined Pierce Atwood as associates in the firm’s Portsmouth office as part of the firm’s intellectual property and patent practices.
Richard Uchida, former vice chair of the Colby College Board of Trustees and currently partner at the law firm Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, has been named vice president, general counsel, and secretary of the Colby College, his alma mater, effective July 15.
Ingrid White has joined Rath, Young and Pignatelli as of counsel in the financial institutions and the business and finance practice groups. White previously served as New Hampshire’s deputy bank commissioner and as general counsel to the NH Banking Department.
