Section Connection: Election Season Continues for NHBA Practice Sections
Itís election season for section officers. About a quarter of the NH Bar Associationís 22 sections have recently elected new or returning leadership. The purpose of NHBA sections is to facilitate professional exchange and professional development in specific practice areas through email list serve discussions, education seminars and informal social gatherings.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Section
Steven H. Slovenski of the Slovenski Law Office and Jared Bedrick of the Law Offices of Stephen C. Brown have been elected co-chairs of the NH Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Diane Gaspar of Howie Law Office was elected vice chair of the section.
Corporation, Banking & Business Law Section
Antony K. Sayess of Orr & Reno was elected chair of the NH Bar Association Corporation, Banking & Business Law Section. Craig Shepard of Rath, Young and Pignatelli was elected vice chair of the section, and Kyle A. H. McDonald of McDonald, Rogers & Lorman was elected as clerk.
Insurance Law Section
Tamara Smith Holtslag of Peabody & Arnold was elected chair of the NH Bar Association Insurance Law Section. Nicholas Deleault of the Law Offices of John B. Schulte was elected vice chair of the section, and Jonathan Killeen of Boyle Shaughnessy Law was elected clerk.
Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities Law Section
Joshua Lanzetta of McLane Middleton was elected chair of the NH Bar Association Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities Law Section. Matthew Fossum of Eversource Energy Service Company was elected vice chair of the section, and Matthew Burrows of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell was elected clerk.
