Emily Rice Gray, former US Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, has been appointed interim city solicitor in Manchester, after an investigation by the NH Attorney General’s Office found that domestic violence cases handled by the city solicitor’s office had been mishandled and the former city solicitor resigned.
Robert Firriolo, a partner at Boutin & Altieri, has been appointed to serve as legislative counsel to the Putnam County (New York) Legislature. Firriolo focuses his practice on commercial litigation, as well as in the areas of environmental, insurance, construction, firearms, municipal and land use law.
Elizabeth V. Mulholland has joined Pastori Krans as an associate. She focuses her practice on litigation, including employment and family law.
Stacey Pawlik has opened Breakthrough Mediations LLC, offering mediation services in family law, civil litigation and workplace conflict cases.
