Donít Delay, Get Into Compliance Today

Impending Court Action After Oct. 1

Members who have not filed their online trust account certification, NHMCLE affidavit or have unpaid NH Supreme Court fees, NHBA dues or assessed late fee invoices have received the second of two late fee charges as per NH Supreme Court rules.

The names of attorneys who have not completed all of the renewal steps by Oct. 1 will be sent to the Court for possible action at that time.

To avoid adverse consequences, including license suspension, members with delinquent obligations are urged to log in to the MyNHBar member portal and complete the necessary steps.

Visit the 3-1-1 page for guidance and tutorials. For specific questions, contact the Bar Center by email (billing@nhbar.org), phone or visit in person between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Members with specific inquiries concerning NHMCLE compliance may email them to nhmcle@nhbar.org.
