MEDIATORS – The New Hampshire Judicial Branch Office of Mediation and Arbitration is currently accepting applications for mediators to contract with the New Hampshire Circuit Court for Family Division mediation assignments. Assignments will include mediations ordered pursuant to RSA 458:15-c and RSA 461-A. Payment for these mediations will be made under Family Division Rule 2.13 and Supreme Court Rule 48-B. Qualified applicants must be currently certified by the New Hampshire Family Mediation Certification Board pursuant to RSA 328-C. Experience mediating divorce, legal separation and parenting issues, as well as the ability for travel throughout the state is necessary.
