LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – Pierce Atwood, a mid-sized law firm based in the Northeast, seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Experience defending ERISA and non-ERISA life, health, disability and fiduciary claims is preferred; and strong academic credentials and superior research and writing skills are required. Position offers excellent growth potential in a nation-wide litigation practice, and a positive, collegial working environment.
