The NH Bar Foundation encourages members with IOLTA accounts to ask their financial institutions what interest rate is being paid on their IOLTA account. Interest rates can vary quite a bit.

Banks and credit unions in the Leadership Circle pay a remarkable 2 percent on IOLTA accounts, which enables the Bar Foundation to provide grants for civil legal aid programs, including NH Pro Bono and DOVE, NH Legal Assistance, Legal Advice & Referral Center and the Disability Rights Center. Read about this year's IOLTA grants.

NHMCLE credit records for 2015 are online, available 24/7, so that NH Bar members can monitor their progress toward meeting requirements by the SC Rule 53 deadline of June 30, 2015.

Members must activate their accounts in the Attorney Reporting Tool (ART) to enter CLEs and see whether courses attended and entered meet the required minimums for June 30.

ART is paperless and eliminates mailing Interim or final credit reports.

For details, see the April 2015 NH Bar News and the NHMCLE web page.
