NHMCLE Tip: ART Requires Entries in Minutes
Members with activated ART accounts can view their official Rule 53 NHMCLE records on ART's My Record page. A new video tutorial on the NHMCLE webpage explains the information found on a member's ART-My Record.
My Record: Section A: This is a statement of the member’s starting point for the 2015-2016 reporting year that began on July 1, 2015. The minutes shown are obtained from the prior reporting year.
My Record: Section B: Courses attended and entered (in minutes) during the current reporting year, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, are listed in detail.
My Record: Section C: Totals, in minutes, for three key Rule 53 categories are shown. The minimum minute requirements are shown for each separate, distinct Rule 53 category. For example: the ethics minimum requirement is 120 minutes and shown as ethics (minimum 120). A member’s total ethics minutes adds Section A ethics to Section B ethics minutes. When minutes in each Section C category reach the minimum required minutes, the member can file the ART Affidavit of Compliance on the ART toolbar.
