Did You Hear? NH Superior Court to Send Orders by Email (Only)

Starting this month, parties in certain counties (Belknap, Carroll, Cheshire, Strafford and Sullivan) will receive notices and non-confidential orders only by email from the NH Superior Court. Other counties will be starting in October or November. Read more in Bar News.

Make sure you have read the court’s notice and watched the tutorial by Matt Cairns. He also made this handy cheat sheet for creating email rules to forward court notices to law office staff.

The court is using the NH Bar Association’s member database to access attorney contact information, so verify your information.
