The NH Bar Association is committed to improving civics instruction in schools through its Law Related Education programs. Students need civics and social studies instruction to better prepare them for participation as citizens. Programs include lesson plans, curriculum, resources and publications such as Beyond High School: A Guide to Your Rights and Responsibilities.

For more than seven decades, the NH Bar Association has organized and sponsored programming designed to increase civics knowledge among New Hampshire students, with help of volunteer attorneys. The NHBA offers numerous programs and resources, details of which are listed below.
